That was beautiful hotel set in fairly nice area, near bus stop and avlabari metro station, mountain, and the airport. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from scenic ruins was favourable and perfect. The staff was amicable, the room was good sized with comfortable bed, everything was really good.

Our stay at Avlabari Terrace was fantastic! The hotel's location near Avlabari Metro Station made it convenient for our tours and exploring Old Tbilisi. The room was incredibly clean and smelled fresh, and the balcony provided a great spot to relax and take in the stunning view of the river and mountains. The homecooked breakfast was delicious, and the owner, Irakli, was very accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, down a narrow street, right in the center of the city. the rooms are well, prepared and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the terrace while sipping on home, made wine. the staff is accommodating and friendly, providing delicious home, made breakfast every day. the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to stay.

Though the entrance requires guests to climb around 20 steps, it is still a great value for the price.
